Delivery and Returns


Please allow 5 business days for dispatch of your jewellery (excluding rings). Rings are handmade to order and will be dispatched in 14 days. Your jewellery will be sent via Royal Mail First Class (usually 1-3 days delivery but can take longer during busy periods). If you need your jewellery for a specific date, please email to enquire -



I want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and I therefore offer a 14 day return and exchange policy incase of incorrect sizing or gifting etc

Unfortunately earrings cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.

To be eligible for returns and exchanges, your purchase needs to be within its original packaging and must be returned within 14 days of delivery. All dispatch delivery times and dates are tracked using Royal Mail. 

Please download and print off a copy of this returns form or make a note of the information required on a piece of paper and pop it in the box with the jewellery to be returned.

The cost of returning the item is taken by the customer and I recommend using a tracked mail service to ensure the item is returned safely.

Please email if you would like to arrange a refund or exchange and I will reply as quickly as possible (24 hours between Monday to Friday).

If you believe your piece to be faulty then please do get in touch as soon as it arrives. Please take pictures of the piece of jewellery and the packaging and provide your order number.
